Hmmm, interesting! Looks very well built all around to blend in with nature and soothing babbling creek. BEAUTIFUL and two thumbs up!
Hope someone would buy this TH, to me it’s worth the price of appreciation for all the work!
Yes I think it’s a great deal, but I don’t know much about Georgia housing prices 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
Beautiful setting, and the house looks very modern from the outside. However, needs skylights or more windows on the inside to bring in natural sunlight. This is indicated by the fact that they have the lights on to photograph the inside, during the day. I could definitely work with it though; overall, a nice piece of property.
More windows are always nice 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
I like the cantilevered bedroom over the porch. You could stick a couple cannons out those windows and the house would look just like an AT-AT Imperial Walker from Star Wars. Just sayin… 🙂
Hahah oh dear! — Tiny House Talk Team
Star Wars… didn’t that get dumped when Ronald Reagan left the Presidency? lqtm
Maybe a little too close to the creek? Maybe it does babble, or much worse in a storm. Something odd going on by the stove. I don’t see much room to cook. Stairs coming right off the kitchen seems strange also. Small living area downstairs seperated from the living space upstairs. This entire floor plan seems disconnected.
It’s a bit different — Focuses more on the upstairs I feel. — Tiny House Talk Team
It looks to me that the fridge should go beside the stove. Since they went with a larger fridge it wouldn’t fit and is now cutting into the dining room area. Now the table is cutting into the living room. But maybe that’s just my opinion.
I think that I would get rid of the large fridge, and put an apartment sized one by the apartment sized stove. that would free up space for a better dinning area. downstairs could then have a better living room area. then the loft could be utilized as perhaps a second sleep space. 🙂
Great ideas! — Tiny House Talk Team
Love the layout. Basically dining room bathroom kitchen on 1st floor…loft LR and single bedroom over the porch. The actual layout of appliances and furniture downstairs is a mess though. Much better ways to utilize the space and not look all cluttered. Over all love the place a lot.
2 questions….does it ever flood? Is there more water on the property and is it clean..non polluted?
Good questions! I’m not sure, but I’m sure the real estate agent would know. — Tiny House Talk Team
