  1. It’s a very nice house so far. Someone could really make it theirs at this point? I wish you luck selling it.

  2. New lowered price huh? That tells me it was grossly overpriced in the first place. Otherwise it would have sold. Seems that WC Fields was a little off, there isn’t a sucker born every minute.

    Basic rule of business… make what people want at a fair price and you will be successful.
