This 28-foot Tiny Mountain Houses build sat in Moose, Wyoming — the doorstep of Grand Teton National Park — and sold fully furnished. - A folding bed gives the room back every morning. A first-floor bedroom that converts is the closest a tiny house gets to having a spare room.
- Keeping a loft as well is the right hedge. The Murphy bed handles daily life; the loft absorbs guests and storage without either compromising the other.
- A bay window is worth the wall it costs. It pushes the footprint outward visually and turns a bedroom corner into the best seat in the house.
- A jetted tub in a THOW is a real statement. Tubs are usually the first casualty of a tiny bathroom; fitting one signals a build meant for full-time comfort.
- Fully furnished suits an awkward footprint. Pieces chosen to fit a 28-ft home are costly to source separately, so including them is genuine value.
