Full 2005 Skoolie Build w/ Gorgeous Kitchen

This post contains affiliate links.

This 2005 Freightliner FS-65 2WD has been lovingly converted into a school bus tiny house! It has one of the largest shower stalls I’ve ever seen in a conversion, which takes up half of the bathroom that spans the entire width of the school bus.

Besides the impressive bathroom, the kitchen is also roomy, with large butcher block countertops on each side of the bus. It even has an oven, which many nomadic homes opt out of! The current owner is asking $40,000 or your best offer. The house is in Phoenix, Arizona.

Highlights:

  • This bus is not just my first home, it’s completely changed my life. I bought it from the public school system and built it in 2022. I drove it all over the western US, where I decided to settle down. The bus has a lot of new parts from when the school owned it, but it needs a new exhaust manifold and possibly a new turbo. There’s a mechanic in Phoenix, AZ that specializes in skoolies and can do the job. The bus is being sold AS-IS with the decor, linens and extras. (Extras are listed at the end.) Buy it and make it your own special tiny home on wheels.
