Details:
- This farm house style tiny home on wheels is currently in Flowery Branch, GA, in a storage facility.
- It is on a trailer that is 25×8 equaling 200 sq/ft on bottom + two lofts totaling about 325 sq/ft. It requires a 30 amp hookup and water hookup onsite.
- It was built originally in 2015, and was renovated in 2018. We lived in the home for three years.
- The master is in a loft and fits a queen bed nicely. Another twin or full bed could be put in the other loft. But it was used as a clothes closet and storage.
- The day bed in the living room is staying with the house. It pulls out to a queen size bed (mattresses wouldn’t be included, but they are from ikea so should be easily replaced).
- There is one full bath with shower and sink/vanity. The mirror is a medicine cabinet and more storage under sink. Towel rack is also included. The composting toilet is included with the house.
- It comes with all of the big kitchen appliances:
– gas oven/stove + 100 lbs propane tank
– fridge/freezer
– washer/dryer combo unit - There is a six gallon water heater under the kitchen sink. There is also a water filter under the sink.
- The home has a mini split for heating/cooling.
- The trailer does not currently have grey or black water tanks.
- Living room has a smart tv/sound bar and a computer monitor both mounted to the wall.
- The deck is included. It is currently detached from the house, but is easily trailerable to the new location and screwed together.
