About the Build:

I started this build about 4 years ago as a camper for a 10’ flatbed truck. I found a GN trailer on CL and upgraded to a new 7000lb axle with brakes, new wheels and tires. This give me the option to free up the truck, and have a 16’ bed trailer to use also. Four lift rings allow it to be lifted off with come alongs. Included are two camper jacks.

The main floor is 8X10’ with an 8 by 5’ sleeper overhang. A full size queen memory foam mattress with storage at the ends.The entire home has 1-1/2” foam insulation. The side walls are one piece SIPs, 15’ long. Roof is ice/ water shield stick down with commercial metal roof, concealed fasteners.
Two 120W solar PV modules.
A Cubic “mini” wood stove for heating and cooking. Dometic LP water heater also supplies heat and DHW. A120V electric radiator gives you 3 heat options, wood, LP or electric.

42 gallons of potable water storage, a Thetford cassette toilet in shower. 38 gallon frame mounted LP tank. No black or grey water tank. Shower has never been used.

A one piece stainless counter top with 2 burner LP cook top, under counter mount sink.
One Rolls battery with PV charge controller, 2000W inverter. Wired for 12VDC and 120V shore power
Futon couch 6’ long. Lots of closet, trailer and built ins. Wood storage for the stove under step to loft.
I have used this 3 times since the build, it needs some cabinet detail work, space for a refrigerator under counter.

It pulled easily from Missouri to its new home near Salt Lake, Utah. At 80 mph! Weighs about 4000lbs.
I have around $10,000.00 in 2017 dollars in parts. Love to see someone enjoy this.
