Couple’s Micro Campervan Conversion

There’s tiny. And then there’s tiny. Nici & Max are the proud owners of one of an itty bitty camper van that they’ve beautifully and creatively converted into a tiny house with everything they need. Believe it or not, it has two living room configurations, in addition to its bedroom set-up.

The couple loved going camping together, but were annoyed by all the time it took to set up their campsite — and sleeping on the ground was less than ideal. A van made camping accessible — and fun — for them. They’ve traveled throughout Europe and are really living the dream. What do you think?

My husband and I did pretty much the same thing back in 1970-72, with a VW Bus. We even continued to travel in it after our oldest son was born! It was a grand adventure! Saw some wonderful things, met some wonderful people! Enjoy!!!

LOL. Good thing they are married. That sleeping arrangement looks pretty tight! However, as my husband, 18 month old, and I did something similar in a van I outfitted myself in 1971, I have to say “knock yourselves out and have a great time, because you won’t ever do this in the same way ever again!” : )

Absolutely precious! The tiny van and the cute couple! So many amazing ideas for storage and living. One of the cleverest camping outfits I’ve ever seen. I want one so bad 😥

A job well done in such a small space. Great storage designs especially. This gives a huge amount of freedom at very little cost.
I’d try to make the front seats reverse as maybe a bench seat that rocks on the crease to be a couch and/or bed. Swiveling is another way
Making outboard powerboat seats that you pull aft and the seat back folds flat is another way to capture the front seat room for living.
