If you’ve been wanting an affordable tiny house you’re at the right place right now because Dan Louche of Tiny Home Builders has created 160 sq. ft. tiny house plans just for that.
With these plans you can complete an 8’x20′ tiny home on wheels of your own for about $10k as long as you build it yourself. Not bad, right?
Well it gets even better because for a limited time Dan is giving away 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the plans to I Care Atlanta charity which helps end homelessness in the area.
And if that’s not good enough, it gets even better… You can pick your own price on the plans. Pay what you feel is right and what you can afford right now. Please enjoy and re-share below. And thanks for what you’re doing, Dan.
Update: Dan’s promotion is over. As far as I know, proceeds no longer go to charity and you cannot pick your own price on the plans. Sorry.

I love it! Finally, a house design that nobody can complain about being too expensive!
This is a great, no frills, basic design that still looks really nice. Even people who are thinking about doing something a bit different can use these as a starting point.
This is a great design and it’s helping a great cause, nice work.
Thanks Nolan!
My comments/questions are not regarding this house, didn’t know where else to post. I’m 53, 4’8″, and on SS Disability. I live at my family’s house in a toxic environment. Does anyone know which dept. of the County govt. I could go to request assistance in building my own TH? I know what I want it to look like, I’ve been piecing together different ideas from books and online houses. Is it worth going to an engineering school to have the students build it (w/TH builder on scene) for learning purposes? Is there a website for limited income people to find resources in their area to help them build their TH dream? I could go on, I’m just looking for direction. I live in upstate NY, in the Adirondack Mountains. Thank you for any assistance you could offer.
