  1. So charming. Aesthetically pleasing on the outside, which I don’t always find with tiny houses. The only thing I would do myself is open the space between the dining room and kitchen. I hope I get a chance to have a place just like this.

    1. I immediately thought the same thing about opening up the space between the dining and kitchen. Love the house! And I really love the outside deck areas. I would also put in a bathtub instead of that big shower (at least it looks big…)

  2. Wow what a lovely place. I particularly like the more spacious bedroom. I still am concerned with upper bedrooms as one gets older these ladders concern me.

  3. I am obviously a park model girl because almost every one you have shown fits me to a T. I love the living smaller theme but just cannot do the really tiny house scenario. Thanks for including these on your site. This one is really nice.

  4. Hi:

Your home is amazing!! The views from your living room windows are just gorgeous!! I love everything about your house!! You have really nice taste in decorating!! Your fireplace is awesome!! Great looking bathroom. I just love how huge your upstairs area is. Your kids must love playing in the loft area. I also love your porch, really nice!! Enjoy your home it’s really nice!! Carol Perry

  5. Obviously a very swanky little place. I can’t get past the manufactured feeling though and I get the impression that it’s a vacation home which is just another way of saying it’s not really home. All in all it might be very practical if it were affordable.

  6. I find this home a good size. The living room is perfect and I like the first floor bedroom one can stand up in.

  7. We looked at one almost just like this from Rustic River in Alabama for $55,000. It was beautiful and fully equipped.

  8. This is the perfect size that I hope to purchase this year. Small, but not too tiny. Very nice one. I can place furniture with storage, like a sleeper sofa with drawers, trunks and drop leaf small table.

  9. 1. I am interested in building super insulated, heavily reinforced, metal roof, wired for internet, telephone, and cable, using the above design without sliding glass door.

    2. Where in the heck to find a place that will allow you place you creation on a lot and be there throughout the year?
