This 330-square-foot tiny house on wheels near Asheville, North Carolina, has something many tiny homes don’t: a queen bed on the main floor. It also has a slide-out, 9’5″ ceilings, and two lofts for storage. It’s NOAH certified and the seller has the title in hand.

A Main-Floor Bedroom and Tall Ceilings

The home was custom built in August 2023 and measures 28 feet long (including the tongue) and 8 feet wide. With the queen bed downstairs, you never have to climb a ladder at bedtime. That leaves the two lofts free for storage. A slide-out adds extra floor space, and the 9’5″ ceilings in the living area are tall for a tiny house, so the space feels open rather than cramped.

Outside, brown lap siding is paired with green trim and a metal roof with a gable dormer. Wooden steps lead up to the front door, and recently added gutters help keep water away from the siding and trailer.

Ready for Everyday Living

A mini-split heat pump handles both heating and cooling, and a washer-dryer combo means laundry happens at home. There’s also a solar panel to get you started, and the system can be expanded if you want more power.

The seller lived in the home for about eight months, so it’s been tested in real life rather than sitting new on a lot. Land isn’t included, so you’ll need to move it and have a place lined up to park it.
