This is The Heirloom-X Tiny House by Tiny Heirloom. The most unique part about it, besides the super-awesome design, is that it features a split-bathroom. Meaning, one could be showering, and the toilet room is still available. I like this!
According to the builder, it’s everything you could dream of within a 20-ft. tiny house on wheels. It’s now part of the Signature Series models and starts at $69,900 USD. Take a look. What do you think?

The Heirloom-X Tiny House by Tiny Heirloom
The Heirloom X Tiny House!
When you enter the tiny house, you’re basically in a hallway (see it?)
That’s where your bathroom is! This kind of reminds me of a design I sketched back in the day called The Lovebug Tiny House…
It’s so cool to see the concept being used, glad somebody else thought of it too!
In this tiny home, one person could be showering while the toilet room is still open for others.
It’s RVIA certified but it’s built to last like a home! How cool is that?
A look at the floor plan.

It would be convenient to hang wet coats in the shower room as you enter—a bit like having a mud room. I love the exterior shape of this house.
Is there a tiny home with 2 bedrooms?
Not from this builder but yes there are some.
The home is great! I love the layout, and if I were single (and younger), I’d buy it.
As for the split bathroom, in addition to Alex’s Lovebug design, Brevard Tiny Homes had one in their 2014 Robin’s Nest build: https://tinyhousetalk.com/brevard-tiny-house-company/
