I’ve been looking at Tiny Houses, but always seem to come back to the Park Models because of overall space. I do find that the park models seem to lack all of the ingenious storage that tiny houses use, but maybe I haven’t looked at enough of them to really know.
    I like this one.

I am very interested in richsportablecabins classic double loft park model as shown in video with few changes. I would want washer/dryer. No outside door in bedroom (if allowed) would rather have escape window if possible if it’s there for fire regulations. Saw AC/heat, like closet in bedroom, bay window in kitchen, appliances stainless steel, where hot water heater is located would want that tall closet for broom instead of cubby above. Love the porch. Would want large walk in shower & no bathtub. I am in Virginia. What would be cost? Would I have to make arrangements to have it moved or do you provide that service?
