well, Im from Alvin; and yeah, they may not have thought it through on the bath… lol
What concerns me is the window treatment…. They don’t seem to be straight or able to withstand all the rain we’ve been having here south of Houston. Top boards need to be flush with the vertical edges and sealed to prevent runoff into the open ends of the lumber.

Good Morning DeeGee, being that your so close to us, we invite you to come visit and we can discuss your concerns. Bring you tape measure. The bathroom has a 32×32 shower and a flushing toilet with lots of shelves for storage. We will get pics for Alex to post of the restroom. This project is not fully complete. Come see us.

I rarely post comments, but seeing these photos really bothered me. I understand this build is not complete yet, but I have to say I have seen better pride of craftsmanship from a 5 year old. Those windows need to be redone, the quality of the lumbar sucks, and your cutting and measuring are off. The thing that bothers me the most, is that some unsuspecting buyer will purchase this and have to pay for repair work that should have been done well the first time.
