This is the 380 square feet Winter Wonderland V House by Nelson Tiny Houses.

It’s a tiny home built onto a 5th wheel utility trailer with a large outdoor deck to help make it more permanent.

When you walk inside, you’ll find a beautiful layout with a living area that converts into a dining room or an additional bedroom to welcome you. The kitchen and bathroom are in the middle of the home, and the bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area.

In addition to all of the above, you’ll also an upstairs loft space above the living area. In the kitchen, you’ll find a washer/dryer combo unit. You’ll also find two full-size closets in the home as well plenty of other storage throughout.

Please enjoy, learn more, and re-share below. Thank you!

In the video I think he says it’s 30′ long by 9′ wide.

Very nice tiny! I can’t understand why homes got so big while yards shrink. Now the trend is smaller home and larger land. I really hope that in the future new cities will be created using small homes that have less impact on the environment so that we can share our spaces with nature.

Beautiful! I love how the colors, shades of wood chosen, the floorplan – everything works together. So many times I see interiors of tiny homes where the builder doesn’t have this talent, and it really takes away from the design.

I would also like an idea of cost.

(Also loved the Silly Walk, hahaha).

OK! This is it! Except for a few tweaks just for me, this is the one I want. It’s big enough where I wouldn’t feel all squished but small enough to be considered a tiny house. I love the goose neck design the best. A real bedroom and not just a loft stuck in the rafters and having to crawl around just to get in bed. I also like the fact that the owner had a septic tank installed. I might go little but I rather flush than have to carry poop out in a bag.

It seems everyone has the same thought here, How much….? It’s a beautiful behemoth of a house it’s huge It’s probably more then I would ever need, but I like it….!

Seems to live much larger than 380sf. And that’s a very good thing. I’d say one of the best designs I’ve seen.

Love this design. Absolutely gorgeous! I know you said she picked out the tile around the bathtub, but do you happen to know from where? Thank you so much!

Very nice layout; one of the best tiny house trailers I have seen.

Love this. Also appreciate that a real live person is shown in the home, which really gives you perspective on the space, for example, if that guy can stand in the kitchen and have that much room to cook, etc., I for sure would feel very comfortable. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how much room there is in the kitchen or bathroom. I like this one.

After hauling and set up how much? And yes, I love it! Agree a more accessible bed and the tub. Hope it has a shower addition above the lower faucet.
