This is a 25-foot Boho XL Tiny House with a private main floor bedroom. This unit has lots of windows, quality hardware, and is easy tow if you want to use it as a travel trailer. The first thing that you’ll probably notice is the two large windows in the front of the house plus the french door so you get plenty of natural sunlight inside.
Speaking of the inside, you’ll find a full kitchen and a long shelf that runs through most of the home which is great for extra storage. There’s also a built-in sofa that lays flat for additional sleeping space and a hiding wall-desk for dining, working, or studying. Plus a full bathroom and a private main floor bedroom with queen bed you can walk around. There’s plenty of storage, too. What do you think of this tiny house layout?

Great floor plan. I like bedroom much more than cramped sleeping lofts with limited air. Escape managed it to pack it all into 25 ft. For privacy I would like to see blinds preferably between double glazed windows which is space saving and keeps cleaning to a minimum especially when THOW is towed a lot. Beside that shutters would protect the windows on the road and can double as sunshades.
Well done.
They’ve gotten a lot into this plan. Nice work. I’m wondering what happens when you have company sleeping on that great pull-out couch and you need to get from the bedroom to the bathroom? Looks as though it would be a very tight squeeze to get around the couch! Maybe the bedroom door could be shifted further away from the couch.
Their fold flat couches are similar to the scissor fold couches on RV’s and don’t extend out much. Since, it’ll stay pressed against the wall and only moves out enough for the backrest to fold down and form the second half of the bed.
You can check out one of the older articles on this site titled “The Tradition Tiny House on Wheels”. It was on another one of Escape Home’s models that’s part of their Tradition models series but you’ll see a photo in that article that shows the couch in the bed mode and you can see how little it extends out…
There’s also a few inches gap between the extended bed section and the side wall in this version… In the photos of this model you can see a similar gap between the couch seats and the kitchen counter, the part directly beneath the seat cushions is the part that extends out…
So there should be sufficient space to get past, just may have to be careful about avoiding hitting the corner…
Besides, the fold out tables would be a issue if you pushed the door more to the other side… Though, they allow no wall and thus no door to worry about layouts too… They also have larger models than this one for more flexible layouts…
This model is part of their Vista series, which is usually around 20′ and thus this is XL at 25′ but their Traveler series starts at 28′ and can go over 32’…
Really like the lighting, the main floor bedroom and the good wood color.
I would’ve laid it out differently. Put the door at the front across from the sofa and next to bedroom as soon as you come in. That way it would allow for more kitchen space. I don’t like the idea of a mini fridge and stove side by side. For such a small kitchen a two burner counter top and a convection oven mounted over would be better for me. And a full size fridge. The opposite where the door was would provide more counter/ prep space and you could put two folding stools and eat there as well.
