Geoff Daigle and Candace bought this ESCAPE eONE in November 2024 as a rental in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. They’re fans of tiny-home efficiency. On Airbnb and VRBO it went to traveling professionals who preferred it over hotels, and to snowbirds who stayed a month at a time.
The RV park is no longer allowing rentals, so they are selling. The house is 408 square feet, fully furnished, and listed at $85,000. You can move it — or move into the Florida site at $575/month plus electricity.

Dan George of ESCAPE wrote us this morning. People are getting ripped off by an online shop that uses a name almost identical to his company, lists finished tiny houses at prices that cannot be real, and lets you add a house to a shopping cart like a pair of shoes.
We visited the website ourselves on August 14, 2026. We are not linking it. If you have already seen it, or someone sent you the link, treat it as a scam. Do not send a deposit. Do not “add to cart.”

Escape has a finished eVista ready for immediate delivery at $55,480. It’s a single-level, all-electric tiny house on wheels with a built-in queen bed under a window wall, a maple kitchen with a tall refrigerator/freezer, and about $12,800 in options already loaded in — with no production wait.
Escape’s new eBoho GO is in the in-stock sale lineup at a special price of $45,440. It’s the smallest of the eBoho models — a single-axle, all-electric tiny house with a built-in queen bed, a butcher block work/kitchen counter, and windows on every wall, built to the same standard as the rest of the ESCAPE line.
Escape has a rare eONE Limited Edition in its in-stock sale lineup at a one-time price of $105,389. It’s a true two-story, all-electric tiny house on wheels loaded with upgrades that had never been offered on the eONE before: oversized windows including floor-to-ceiling glass on the second floor, a special exterior color, a quartz kitchen with a dishwasher, and a full stacked laundry center.
Update: Palm Court Lot-28 has been sold. This tour stays up as a detailed look at how the Escape N2 layout lives day to day, and as a snapshot of the kind of home that comes up for sale at Escape Tampa Bay. At the time of this update, a pre-owned Traveler XLS Wide at The Village (Lot-3) is the community’s featured home, reduced to under $90,000 with more than $60,000 in upgrades. For what is available right now, see the Escape Tampa Bay available units page.
This beautifully furnished, all-electric Escape N2 sits in the peaceful Palm Court neighborhood of the gated Escape Tampa Bay community in Florida. Let’s take a closer look.
This RVIA-certified Escape One XL tiny home in the gated Escape Tampa Bay Village is listed for sale at $99,900 firm, with more than $15,000 in recent upgrades already done. Built by Escape in 2020 and gently used, the 388-square-foot home lives surprisingly large thanks to a soaring double-height ceiling, a wall of windows, and not one but two lofts: a queen sleeping loft and a second loft fitted with a custom California Closet system. Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with maple cabinetry and stone counters, a living area with a built-in entertainment center and electric fireplace, a full bathroom, and an included stacked washer/dryer, smart TV, and queen mattress. Recent improvements include an upgraded HVAC system, a new tankless water heater, new downstairs flooring, and the custom closet build-out, and the buyer can keep it in the community (lot rent is $620/month and covers water, sewer, garbage, pool, security, and landscaping) or relocate it.
