The Oaks tiny house community is the second phase of the Tampa Bay ESCAPE Tiny House Village in Thonotosassa, Florida, which we’ve posted about before right here but we’re excited to announce an update to give you a bit of a preview of what the second phase of the community will be like. It’s still under construction, and the Palm Court area of the community is set to be finished first.
This is to let you know that there’s an Escape Boho XL Wide Tiny House for sale and available right now while it lasts. This is the larger version of the Boho with the extra-wide option which gives you an additional foot of width. This model gives you a walk-around queen bed bedroom with a sliding barn door for privacy.
Plus, there’s a $3,000 discount on this one. This tiny home on wheels has a full kitchen, bathroom with washer/dryer, living area, the main-floor bedroom, and plenty of storage throughout. This is an Escape Tradition Tiny House in the Olympic Mountains of Sequim, Washington.
There are hundreds of trails for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking just a few miles away. This is a Tradition model from Escape which features a covered front porch and a sleeping loft. This model is no longer listed on their website.
As you may have heard, phase one has sold out. But fortunately, phase two is coming soon and you can be one of the first to know about available units.
This is a 2017 Escape Vista tiny house on wheels located in Portland, Oregon that’s for sale.
It’s listed over at the Tiny House Marketplace via Heidi for an asking price of $53,500. According to the listing, they originally paid $64,430 for it with the extra options.
It is unit/lot #1, which is a Boho XL Wide, and according to Escape, the rent is $1200 per month with a minimum lease of nine months, if you are or anyone you know might be interested, pass this link on to them!
