This is a 20ft Everest Tiny House with a first-floor bedroom built by Bantam Built Homes.
This Tiny Home is not only the first 20 foot model we have ever produced here at Titan Tiny Homes that has no lofts but it is also the lightest and easiest to tow around with you weighing only 8,200 lbs. It also features a booth seating and table that breaks down into a second bed. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a large 3ft X 3ft shower.

Nice plan with downstairs bedroom is great.
I like this layout. Well planned and in only a 20′ trailer. Exterior is pleasing to the eye as well, and will display very nicely in a setting.
When you say a 20′ length, does that include the tongue?
No, the length is always the trailer bed length and/or where the exterior walls end…
Something like bump outs can add up to 2 feet to each end, extending past the trailer bed edge… Provided they don’t interfere with the tow vehicle, which is why they are sometimes limited to the loft section…
Did I miss the living area? Was it the table and booth? If so, I don’t know. . . It’s very pretty, and I love the rest of the house, but I can tell you from experience, you need a sofa to snuggle into with a good laptop to watch a movie or read a book to really enjoy living in a tiny house, and that bench ain’t it. I guess maybe you could curl up on the bed and relax. Anyway, love the ceiling and the layout of the kitchen to the table. Love all the windows. Love the bath, it’s very petty over all.
Yeah I think it’s just the table/booth, but it does convert into a bed I believe. Good point!
Does this Titian 20 foot Tiny Home come in a 10 foot width? If so what is the total cost, like the 8 foot by 20 foot Titian. How long to build? How much to deliver to Rochester, NY? RC Peterson Jr
The name of the company that built this is Titan Tiny Homes, they’re based in Chicago, IL… They’re a custom builder so they can build it pretty much any way you want it and they have a website if you want to contact them for details at titantinyhomes(dot)com…
Everest is the name of the model series this one is based on…
Most of their builds are either steel or MIPs framing but they will also do wood/stick framing if you prefer…
Really well done. I’m not a fan of built ins, but this worked really nicely.
