Wow, that’s huge! Looks tiny on the outside, though. I like it. Now I could live in that!

Same! This appears to be a VERY livable small house. Bravo to the architect/designer and crafts-folk that built it. Stephan of Arkansas

It’s there, but the one on the website has the porch on the side rather than on the end, like this one.

I love this! The only thing I would change would be putting in a window over the kitchen sink.

It’s great! For me, I would want stairs (even pull down stairs) to the loft. I could do without that ladder/shelf unit.

      Stairs are always great!

      Maggie
That was my first thought as well. I think I would want stairs with shelving that accessed from the side rather than the front, or a closet under the stairs. I think it would make more sense to put it along the side rather than right in the middle of the room, and shift the ventilation to the middle. Other than that, this was a nice layout and more of what I could see my family in rather than a THOW. Was there a washer/dryer anywhere?

  • April 26, 2020, 6:29 pm

    Absolutely lovely! Very well done.

  • April 29, 2020, 12:46 pm

I like the stairway. It’s probably for kids or younger people upstairs and they can climb this type easily going down belly down the stairs walking backwards which comes easily to children and young adults or fit and trim younger adults. The bottom bedroom is for the adults who are older and need to be close to the bathroom. Kids would love that loft as they are in a world of their own. Nicely done and good use of materials. The bottom bedroom windows could be spaced to fit what size bed would be going in the space.
