Very nice and well set up. I really dislike loft beds but if you have to, putting them above seating lets them be lower for lower roof and more loft room.
Done with an even lower floor beside the loft bed for standing headroom a shorter stair and a far more usable loft happens that is easier to get out of to pee.
Great simple, strong roof, design keeps costs down and not a bad price compared to some.
Face the front or back south and make a full length solar panel array from the roof like or a porch, extra room, sunroom, etc roof would be a nice addition
Thanks Jerry!
And another fine house built, and being sold at fair market price….!
Please note that this is not the list price for a new house out of catalog. This is a house built in 2014 and previously lived in. if you were to order one of these THOWs new, it would probably cost more.
Do these tiny homes appreciate like foundation housing, or will they depreciate like cars and campers? Has the THOW community raised this issue yet, or is the THOW movement too new? My guess is that they will depreciate, since most appreciation comes with the land. So wait a few more years, and the house may cost even less!
I was not soliciting a response to my statement, however I thank you for your response, and I applaud you for it’s honesty… This response is something I hope will be noticed by all my fellow readers, as I have been trying to assert this idea with them, that the homes will depreciate in value and at today’s economy it would be unconscionable of them to pay these prices for a tiny house, no matter what brand name is affiliated with it… Not just this tiny house but any which command such prices which far exceed what the idea of tiny houses were designed around. As was the conception of it’s idea to get out from under burdening expense, or developing ones life to maybe some day afford houses in which truly command such cost..! As we all know we are at a point in this country where we do not know what comes next, our economy is far from stable, and who knows what will come with the new presidency, and what his or her administration will bring… Big business is far from stable and even though our present administration says we are doing better I have not seen any significant rise in our economy, have you …? I just want to see better judgement when buying and by selling as we all share in responsibility with what tomorrow brings…! I have no desire to point a finger in anyone’s direction as this was only my point…
Thank you….!
Very attractive and nicely arranged. I love the clean look of this home. So many look cluttered which makes me feel claustrophobic. I grew up in a cluttered home so I do have bias in that area. Well done.
That Breville Toaster Oven is the best kitchen gadget ever. We use it daily for everything!
This is very nice. I like the living room/dining room/extra bedroom. Notice that there is was an extra loft that had curtain covering it but did not see stairs to go up. But all in all this one is nice.
How do I get info?

WOW! I really like this tiny, tiny house that looks big on the inside, especially the neutral colors that is easy on the eyes. Also like the dual purpose in the eating area. Lovely home in a beautiful outdoor environment. Good job!
