This is to let you know that the Leafspring tiny house is for sale. It’s a bit of a famous tiny home because it’s been featured in Lloyd Kahn’s “Small Homes” book and it’s also been toured over 369,000 times on Dylan Magaster’s FLORB YouTube Channel.
We first talked about it in late 2016 where we told the story of how Travis built it using a salvaged trailer and how he did it using no plans. It came out really awesome, too! Anyway, at the moment, Travis has it listed over at Tiny House Listings for $47,000.

As an engineer, building without plans leaves too much room for errors.
Building without plans leaves lots of room for artistry, creativity and spontaneity. If he worked with Abel Zyl and SunRay Kelley, I’d say he knows what he is doing.
Kitchen is real cool! Love the hanging pots. Looks nice on the outside as well. Could do a lot to this. Really like it.
Wow, love it. With no plans at all. What was the end Cost? Love the kitchen. Iam 56 and cant do the top parts for Sleeping, but I could do a Murphy bed. How long did it take you till move in or finished. I really liked that you worked with SunRay. He has a great mind..Good Job Sir, Iam saving this tomt own house ideas. Thank you and bless your House

I was wondering also if there’s a bathroom. To me it’s just not a home if there’s no bathroom.
