Exterior Design and Build Quality

The exterior of the Elderberry features beveled cedar siding finished with an all-in-one weather protection stain, ensuring the home can withstand the elements while maintaining its natural beauty. The home is built on a heavy-duty PAD trailer with three 7,000-lb axles, providing a rock-solid foundation for the 30-foot structure. Beneath the surface, the build is heavily insulated with R-25 Insulfoam in the ceiling and floor, and R-15 Roxul in the walls, making it comfortable for year-round living in various climates.

Cozy Living and Smart Storage

The living room is anchored by a custom-made gray velvet couch that includes built-in storage and can easily convert into an extra sleeping area for guests. Across from the couch, a full-wall oak bookcase and a Hackberry entertainment center offer plenty of room for books, electronics, and personal touches. The switchback staircase is a masterpiece of functional design, featuring oak tops and three large storage cabinets integrated into the structure.

Inside, the home opens up into a spacious living area featuring custom woodwork that sets it apart from more utilitarian builds. From the full-wall bookcase to the Hackberry entertainment center, every detail has been considered to provide a sense of “home” in a mobile package. Whether you’re looking for a full-time residence or a high-end guest house, the Elderberry offers a versatile and inviting living space.

The kitchen in the Elderberry is designed for real cooking. It features thick oak countertops that provide ample prep space, a large stainless steel sink, and a full-size 30-inch black gas range and oven. The matching ventless hood fan and black refrigerator/freezer complete the sleek, modern-meets-rustic look. A dedicated oak bar with gunmetal stools offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or casual dining while keeping the main floor open and airy.

Sleeping Quarters and Loft

The main sleeping loft is spacious enough for a queen-size mattress and features bedside reading lights and dimmable LED overhead lighting. Large windows allow for natural light and ventilation, making the space feel open rather than cramped. Additionally, there is a secondary storage loft that can also serve as a sleeping area for a twin mattress, providing extra flexibility for families or guests.
