Good news! If you’re planning on going to the Tiny House UNconference this Friday in Portland, Oregon there will now be a tiny house on wheels on display.
It’s the Salsa Box tiny house on wheels by Shelter Wise. I’ve gotten to feature it here on Tiny House Talk on this post. But it would be awesome to get to tour in person, if possible.
Tickets to this event are $12 but you can use the discount code RAINDROP at checkout to get half off and pay only $6 per ticket.

I absolutely love this tiny home. I’m so tempted to order the plans and build this for me….to just escape the day and unwind and lose myself in a good book!!!! HEAVEN!
Beautiful. Love all the natural wood. Where did you get the kitchen shelf hardwar? Never saw that style before?
Jack, I have seen it before, I believe it is just threaded rod.
Nice to see something in the same realm as our 2015 contest that is actually built and functional. I wish I could see more photos and perhaps a video. One question: due to how small it is, could a 1500/F150 pull it (a half-ton truck)?
love this tiny tiny house 🙂 I can see it being a very useful little space with just the right things to make it a home for some lucky person. Would be good to build as a community project for homeless people. Wouldn’t mind one for myself either. Love a bed that could turn into a daytime couch so that it would be comfortable for daytime sitting and space for small pull up table attached to wall at side of couch/bed.
I love the Salsa Box. Did they have a price for it?
