A Rustic 8×20 Tiny House on Wheels by Incredible Tiny Homes

This 8×20 tiny house on wheels was originally built by Incredible Tiny Homes in 2020 and later resold out of Newport, Tennessee — the same town the company operates from, and home to their tiny house village.

At 160 square feet it is firmly in entry-level territory, finished in a rustic style rather than the white-and-pale-wood look that dominates the category.

Editor’s note: this home was listed at $36,000 in 2021 and has sold. Incredible Tiny Homes is still building — their site is linked below, along with current listings.

Why Entry-Level Builds Hold Up

  • Twenty feet is the affordable sweet spot. Short enough to keep material and trailer costs down, long enough for a real kitchen and bathroom.
  • Buying a builder’s resale is lower risk than a one-off. A known company means known construction standards and often a documented history.
  • Rustic finishes age more gracefully than trend-driven ones. Wood that already looks weathered does not date the way a white-and-grey interior does.
  • Buying near the builder simplifies everything. Transport, servicing, and parking options are all easier when the company is local.

Couldn’t watch this. Sounds keeps going in and out.

Their videos are typically done live, with a smartphone, and not pre-recorded… So vulnerable to signal strength, etc. but the audio is fine for most of the video…

Does this company still make these? Would make a few changes.

Yes, this is based on one of their standard models, which was customized for the owner, but they’ll make just about anything you want depending on your budget and they’re generally more affordable than most builders…

Je voudrais connaître des revendeurs en Europe (Belgique) ou des entreprises de construction (soit en bois ou en acier) de tiny houses ou de modules complets à poser et raccorder à une maison.
    Thank’s a lot! Sophie Noez.
