cute!

Nice. Would suit a lot of people who don’t want or need a large home any more. The price is great. 400 sq. ft. in Victoria and Vancouver go for approx. $600K. in a condo building
one great thing about this home is there won’t be much cleaning to do!
No bath?????
There’s a bath, click the links and look at the rest of the photos…
I’ve got a question. As a non-American, what is it that so many, vast majority even, of kitchens have a microwave installed right above the stove? Surely all the moisture must compromise the lifespan of the microwave. Or, are they so darned cheap nobody gives a rats behind at the cost of replacing them?
No, those have built in range hood vents. So just serves double duty…
Ok a bathroom you have that what you need is a bathtub you see outdoor living is a lot of work so a place to relax the most important part of the body is necessary the back works hard it needs the good rest on qustion
It’s lovely and I like the light bright interior. But for 69k a BIT more storage would be nice
I don’t see a laundry area here unless it’s in the bathroom. Does anyone know what the recessed area in the LR (located to the right of the BR door) is for?
All in all, I like this. It’s much better than the 10×46 mobile home I bought six months after graduating from college.
