I love how clean and spacious this looks. It is not crowded with extra furniture and the bed idea is wonderful. I have been looking at plans for a couple of years and find ideas from different ones I would like to use. I’m disabled so there can’t be a loft to sleep in and I want a place for my six year old grandson to be able to spend the night and the bed system fits the bill perfectly. How do I get the plans for it? Thanks for the ideas. Angel

Great, especially with the bathroom option.
I would build it without the loft and you have still sleeping space for four on 24′ which shows how efficient the floor plan is.
    Well done!

These folks are just the greatest…! I love that not only did they share their plans with others looking to build their own, but even gone ahead and modified them for the comforts of others who do want a wet bath included in their Tiny House.. You just can’t find good people like these folks… Thanks Guys and Happy New Year to you and yours….! And thanks for sharing your wonderful Tiny House…

Thanks, Patty! I agree, the triple bunk beds and table design are so awesome yet simple. So grateful they’re sharing too!

I would put a bathroom just pass the bedroom. Add 10 ft more for bathroom and a closet. The house would be 34ft long.

Love the bed and the multi use furniture I live in Puerto Rico and I could use a lot of your ideas Thank you for sharing

Impeccable! ( does not do a wrinkle)!

Ana is an amazing designer! Like Gina in another video.
I only would prefer a much bigger window “to look out” she says, and like others mentioned, a bathroom. Wasn’t aware that in Alaska you build dry houses “for maintenance reasons”, where do you make your business and wash yourself in Alaska, anyone been there? lol

Nice living arrangement for this type of TH. You’ve done a great job, Jacob and Ana. I am just wondering, if you are far enough away from the water line that the ground don’t sink under your TH? Otherwise, good job!

  • Avatar Barnie January 7, 2017, 6:48 pm

I’d come across this TH before, and although I like a lot about it’s design, I think most would agree the real star here is Ana! She and Jacob are so generous to offer not just the original plans for their amazing creation, but were thoughtful enough to include variations to accommodate more than their own needs/wants. People like the Whites are unfortunately too few and far between these days! I look forward to borrowing some, if not many of their ideas for my own project-to-be, however it takes shape. These two really deserve a serious high-5… Inspiring people, inspiring people. Thank you.

Ana White has done it again! She offers free woodworking plans and now free Tiny House plans. I would love to see the plan with a longer trailer to accommodate a bathroom. Dry cabins are common in Alaska so I understand her not including a bathroom in her design. Kudos! As a mom of two, I love that it sleeps 6. I appreciate her transforming desk/table as well.

  • Avatar Sandi B January 16, 2017, 12:46 am

Everyone has said it all — Not only is this a very flexible design, it is almost unheard of that people are willing to give their plans for free, and not only that furniture plans as well. Amazing and may God Bless them now and in the years to come!

I could see utilizing this plan — stretching it out to 36 foot adding a bathroom and enlarging the kitchen. I like how they did the loft and I would use the downstairs bedroom for closet and office space. Thank you for sharing your wonderful little home away from home.

It’s very generous and super awesome 🙂

  • Avatar Elle January 16, 2017, 10:29 am

Soooo, it’s a “dry house”. Where do you do your business and shower? Didn’t see where that was done.

  • Avatar Susanne January 16, 2017, 11:00 pm

Never heard of this ” dry house” previously.

  • Avatar Marsha Cowan July 3, 2018, 8:47 pm

I love this couple and their DIY blog with all it wonderful and easy to do plans and ideas. This tiny house is very nice, especially the triple bunk beds, but the rest of this house is just as practical and beautiful. Great job!

  • Avatar Karen Blackburn January 27, 2019, 4:00 am

May be a dry house, and personally I have no problem with water being in bottles/jerry cans but I would have to add a toilet. Even a dry composting toilet with a bowl and bottler of water. Like the sleeping arrangement but would use the loft for storage and add a proper ladder fore safety.
