This gorgeous 24′ Alki tiny house, built by Seattle Tiny Homes, has been loved by two owners so far and is now for sale again for $65,000. Located in Port Orchard, Washington, the house has a loft bedroom with a storage staircase, a beautiful galley kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower stall and washer/dryer unit.

Tiny House with Loft Bedroom: $65K

Looking into the kitchen from the living room.

Cubbies under the stairs can store shoes, food and/or appliances.

The living room has two twin windows.

This is one way to fill out the living space.

And here’s another option!

Here’s the loft bedroom when empty.

Here’s one configuration.

Or set it up like this!

A hanging closet bar sits atop the hot water heater.

The black refrigerator has been replaces by a new stainless one.

The kitchen has a two-burner cook top and a beautiful sink.

There’s a fun washer and dryer set-up in the bathroom.

A small vanity is tucked into the corner.

Here’s the fiberglass shower stall.

  • RVIA Certified Seattle Tiny Homes Alki 24 foot model.
  • Some of these pictures are from the previous owner so you can see multiple ways to set things up.
  • The living room space has a 12 foot ceiling and the sleeper loft extends over the kitchen and bathroom.
  • The loft comfortably fits a queen size mattress with lots of room for clothing shelves.
  • Interior width is 7 feet, 3.5 inches, leaving plenty of room for a loveseat with a side table.
  • Lots of pantry space within the stairs heading up to the loft.
  • Kitchen features a deep sink with extending spray nozzle faucet, two burner glass top oven with range, and a surprising amount of storage space under the counter.
  • Directly behind as you stand at the sink is the hot water heater, more storage, and the closet space.
  • Fridge was recently updated to a larger stainless steel Whirlpool.
  • The microwave was also updated to a stainless model and sits in the stairs near the sink.
  • The pocket door to the bathroom is a large wooden framed double-sided mirror. This provides plenty of privacy, as well as good light bounce.
  • Porcelain RV toilet that is plumbed into the RV-style drain system can be hooked to an external RV black water tank or hooked up to your standard home septic drain.
  • Standup shower includes water saving button on the removable shower head and an arched shower rod.
  • Washer and dryer have worked great for anything short of fluffy queen sized blanket. I switched to two twin blankets and it works great.
  • Bathroom has storage under the sink as well as above the toilet for any toiletry or laundry needs.
  • Power is any standard 30 or 50 amp (with dogbone adapter) hookup. The only thing in the house that needs 220 is the water heater, so if you needed to you could adapt to a 115 outlet.
  • Water and septic are standard RV hookups, and there are cable inputs and 115 outputs near the fuse box on the outside.
  • The front door opens as a french door with the mini half-door.
  • All lights have been converted to LED, and with a small, roll-around radiator heater you can keep it warm in the winter set to less than half way. Very low power consumption. Spray foam insulation throughout really helps with that.
  • For towing considerations, it is just barely within the requirements, excluding it from wide load flags. Empty weight of 11,000 lbs. I have the business card of the driver I used, and he was great.
  • Serious inquiries only, please. I do not offer seller financing, but Seattle Tiny Homes supports all used sales and can help with financing.
