  1. I have a beautiful 60 acre parcel bordering National Forest land with a tiny 2 story cabin, timber, power, gorgeous mountain views & abundant wildlife for sale literally in the middle of Montana nestled in on the south side of the Big Snowy Mountain Range. Priced to sell at $265,000.00. E mail me if you want to know more & to see photos.

    1. If it’s 5 miles from Hitchkiss, then it’s 60-70 miles to Grand Junction.

As for winters … what do tiny housers do when they get snowed in, possibly for weeks at a time? There doesn’t appear to be enough storage for food, and winter coats and boots themselves take up a lot of physical space. There’s also a need for tools or other household items.

      1. I think a small shed would be pretty important if you had a tiny on any decent sized piece of land! That and a pretty heavy duty truck 🙂
