  1. I WANT this home:) Only change I would make for ME is instead of the bathtub, just make it a tiled shower. I wonder how much this house costs.

  2. I like the set up here and also the neutral coloring inside. But what the heck is that box thing behind the sofa? Does it come down into a bed?

  3. Well there are some changes I would make to this home. Love the murphy bed. In kitchen I would get rid of dishwasher and put in under counter refrigerator. I would remove large stove and put in an apartment size one. I would open area under stairs and put in closet. would remove tub in bathroom and put in shower stall, then use extra space for linen closet. I didn’t see a door for the bathroom. So I would put in a door.

  4. Strong thumbs UP! And we are picky stictlers, so take that as a ‘yes’.

Excellent kitchen against an end-wall, nearly outside the traffic pattern except for the couch and Murphy bed behind it.

Superb blending of textures and colors.

    Very liveable.

    On to the beach!
