I WANT this home:) Only change I would make for ME is instead of the bathtub, just make it a tiled shower. I wonder how much this house costs.

Flooring, backsplash, countertops at war. Why so many variations.

I like the set up here and also the neutral coloring inside. But what the heck is that box thing behind the sofa? Does it come down into a bed?

      Hi Rosee,
Yes, it’s a murphy bed. It pulls down over the couch area.

Well there are some changes I would make to this home. Love the murphy bed. In kitchen I would get rid of dishwasher and put in under counter refrigerator. I would remove large stove and put in an apartment size one. I would open area under stairs and put in closet. would remove tub in bathroom and put in shower stall, then use extra space for linen closet. I didn’t see a door for the bathroom. So I would put in a door.

So, in other words, you would build an entirely different home!

Alex, can you tell me what that white cabinet looking thing is behind the brown couch? TIA

Strong thumbs UP! And we are picky stictlers, so take that as a ‘yes’.

Excellent kitchen against an end-wall, nearly outside the traffic pattern except for the couch and Murphy bed behind it.

Superb blending of textures and colors.

    Very liveable.

    On to the beach!

I would paint the top of the cabinets.

Yes! Once you see the unpainted tops they are needing paint.

Love the murphy bed! Much better than a ladder to a loft! Very nice looking!
