Birches Creek Village is a small, quiet community for RVs and tiny homes on wheels in the East Texas piney woods, about six miles outside Jacksonville on State Highway 135 North. Run by Birches Creek Tiny Homes, which also builds tiny homes and cottages of 399 square feet and under, the village offers full-hookup spots, a pond, and fiber internet at each site, with more amenities on the way.

A Quiet Spot in the Piney Woods
The village sits in the community of Tecula, between Jacksonville and Troup. It’s about 6 miles to Highway 69 in Jacksonville, 10 miles to Troup, 15 miles to Whitehouse, and 22 miles to Tyler. Gravel roads curve around a pond with ducks, and a creek in the back feeds into Birches Creek.

Spots for RVs, Tiny Homes, and Cottages
The village currently has 16 RV spots and 9 spots for tiny homes on wheels and cottages, with more tiny home and cottage spots planned. Each spot has full hookups with septic, water, and 50/30/20-amp electric service, and individual fiber optic internet is available at every site with no contract.

A Community Still Growing
Birches Creek describes the village as a continuous work in progress. Planned amenities include a gated entrance, a stocked catch-and-release pond with a gazebo and deck, and fire pit spots along the winding creek. Walking trails are already listed among the village amenities. Pets are welcome with approval, and every resident goes through an application and background check.
