They must have a cat. Did you see all that toilet paper on the floor? Too funny!
Lol!!! I didn’t notice that at first because my eyes were crossed from all the interior criss cross beams and whatnot… but LOL @ the toilet paper waterfall Liz!! (^_^)
I don’t drink but could you imagine coming home drunk and trying to lay down looking at all that and the ocean slapping in the background
Oh Randy…my eyes just uncrossed and recrossed again when you added the ocean slapping in the background to all that is going on w/those beams!! LMBO!!! Hahahha!
I will say though, that this is a very spacious yurt and I really like the stairway/deck area on the exterior…but I just can’t uncross my eyes from looking at that interior spider web inspired beam reinforcements. Lol!
$105,000 oh my god!!!!! For a yurt?!??!? Of course that is Hawaii prices! Here on the mainland it would be SO much cheaper, better than the wood tiny houses when looking for the cheapest home, and largest amount of square feet, plus the fastest and easiest to build. The floorplan can be much better than this one, however.
Is the land included in that price? If so then one could live in the yurt while they build a tiny house and wouldn’t need to look at the interior of the yurt any longer than it takes to build the THOW so it’s still portable but you have a great deck on your own land to come home to. 🙂 just a thought! God bless and happy trails!
That is a good suggestion Glema…provided there aren’t any ridulous zoning issues as is faced on the mainland. This tract of land looks secluded and already has the electric meter setup…I quite like the idea of building a nice modern THOW or Container or PreFab tiny/small home set up on this land and also have a small farm to harvest my food supply to boot!!
You R talking about 1 ACRE of land in Hawaii !! When most open land is either owned by the Government or Hawaiian Homestead, your LUCKY 2 B able 2 get anything. The yurt is relatively cheap even if you have one shipped over instead of built by locals. Things R different here.
A good point!
