    I like everything that has been done to this shipping container. It would be easy to live in there full-time.

    For $20k, what makes this under insulated, needlessly narrow, immobile, rust magnet, worth the money versus a modern 12′ wide park model?

      Bug proof fireproof waterproof hurricane resistant and tornado resistant . Park model wouldnt stand a chance. Check out paul chambers on youtube. His withstood a tornado. Again park model no chance.

      I totally agree! Make use of the top! If it gets hot that would be a necessity to place solar power! He went green with the compost toilet so why not make it completely green?

    Love the container idea.. If you don’t mind how much is it to purchase the shell of the container? I was thinking of purchasing 2 and putting the in a L shape just for a little bit more room
