This is not a bad little house. I love the tile work in the kitchen, and the bath is gorgeous. For the amount of square feet you get, the price is not too bad either, but I can’t tell how much still needs to be done on the house. Doesn’t look like very much left to do. Nice house for a relatively small price and you can choose your own neighborhood! Always a perk with tiny houses!

Not true. You can’t park them anywhere. If you research you will find how much trouble people are having unless they own a piece of land. RV parks won’t let you stay there. There are only two places and both are. Near San Francisco. You can’t park a tiny house at a Walmart.

I love this house, and would love to live in it. The ceiling height makes it look so spacious, and the bedroom seems to be roomy as well. Yay for the staircase! I am surprised at the size of the stove in a tiny house – also the tub/shower combo – but they seem to fit well with the overall spaciousness of the house. Wish I had $30k and a place to put the house.

Since it has been on the market for a while its sold already or requires more work to finish. Anyway I am going to call.

I would not mind owning this at all. Space is nice… could easily put my own finishing touches on it. Would still add another loft for a mini office/storage kind of thing

How log did it take for you to build this small house, and if you don’t mind me asking, how much did it cost, nice job by the way.

Wonderful little house. With the right finishing touches, this could be wonderful home.

Geez, I wish people would give the interior length and width. Simply giving square feet can be misleading and meaningless.
