very cute and compact.
Would have used interior shutters like those seen in north Africa and southern Europe to keep the heat out, this just looks as though it is deserted or in an area where broken windows are a normal occurrence thus have to be boarded up. Nice but the loft is out for me unless for storage, or as a cat playroom.
“…loft is out for me…” Ditto, even for storage. Not good for people with back problems.
The detached office is a nice idea.
