Love it, only no place for me to sleep!
I likes most of what I could see in the photos, but even following the link, I couldn’t see the sleeping loft or any room for a seating area on the main floor, though the website says room for a fold down (sofa?).
Some nice features in a very small space.
No included sitting area, except for the ones you can improvise like the step stool at the entrance and bathroom, but the sleeping loft is on the left above the fridge and wall AC unit…
Mat type, no mattress, bed…
Just enough space for a fold down bench seat you can mount on the wall corner below the loft and opposite the fridge…
Mind the dimensions on this is only 8′ x 8.5′ x 12.5’…
I currently occupy a space that is approx 12’x8’x7’high and it contains a small cooking area, a toilet (no shower as am disabled and need specific facilities), a bed raised off the floor to allow for plentiful storage beneath and a work desk/table for eating/working/food preparation if needed plus a couple of chairs. Storage is plastic boxes which also provide interior walls. So much more could easily have been done with the space to make it truly liveable rather than a space for existing in.
