Urban Payette Tiny House with Fold Down Deck!

This post contains affiliate links.

Tru Form Tiny recently completed a custom 28′ Urban Payette for a customer, and the results are stunning, as always. This unique home has flat dark green metal siding with cedar accents around the door. The flip-down deck matches and provides outdoor living space wherever the house is parked.

Light wood tones and white shiplap inside the house make the kitchen area look bright and cheerful. A moody book nook sits beneath the small loft, inviting you to curl up with a novel. A storage staircase leads to the main loft bedroom, where the partition wall doubles as a bookcase. What do you like most about this design?

This is a beautiful Tiny House! Oh, how I wish I could have a dark exterior like that gorgeous green but in the Southwest, it would generate too much heat and cost too much to keep cool. Perfect for the winter, though!!!! 😉 I do wish that instead of that comfy looking book nook, it was a full sofa so someone can sleep on it whether for a guest or a midday nap. And even though that wood bench is nicely done with lots of yummy detail, it’s just too hard and not nearly deep enough to make it comfortable to sit on. Aesthetically speaking, this Tiny is a winner! Love both the interior and exterior as both being beautiful even though the exterior is impractical for me personally. Kudos to the designers!
