Tiny House Summer Camp TWELVE is Coming to Vermont!

Have you ever wanted to build a tiny house with your own hands… while camping out in the woods of Vermont with some of the coolest people in the scene? Then mark your calendar and sharpen your saw because Tiny House Summer Camp TWELVE is happening September 13-14, 2025, in Orleans, Vermont—and it’s shaping up to be the hands-on, off-grid adventure of the year!

Hosted by none other than Deek and Dustin Diedricksen—yep, the same dynamic DIY duo behind HGTV’s “Tiny House Builders”—this isn’t just another lecture series or panel talk. This is a build-it-yourself, campfire-chill, hands-dirty, gear-grabbing weekend with other like-minded folks ready to learn, build, and bond.

You’re Invited to Build a Tiny House in the Woods of Vermont!

Unlike your typical conference or festival, this is a workshop-meets-campout experience. You’ll be cutting, sawing, hammering, and actually constructing alongside pros and fellow tiny house enthusiasts. And yes, there will be treehouses on site (because what’s better than that?).

This year’s camp continues a legacy—twelve years strong—of teaching real-world skills in a welcoming, nature-rich environment. You’ll learn:

  • Tiny house framing & tool use
  • Window installation & repair
  • Roofing and shingling techniques
  • Smart, efficient design (on a budget!)
  • Salvage & recycled material builds
  • Japanese carpentry techniques
  • What not to do in a tiny home (yep, that’s a whole demo!)

Free Camping Included!

You’re welcome to camp out for free right on site, making this one of the most affordable full-blown immersive tiny house learning experiences out there. Prefer a cozy bed and a shower? There are plenty of affordable motels and cabin rentals nearby in the Barton/Orleans, VT area.

Still Just $399 (But Not For Long!)

Get this: the ticket price has not changed in 11 years—still just $399 for the full 2-3 day experience. But Deek and Dustin say this is the final year it’ll stay that way. If you’ve ever considered attending, this is definitely the time.

Sign Up Here. But please quadruple-check your calendar first. Tickets are non-refundable (although they will give you credit for a future workshop if something comes up).
