Hey all! Thought I’d let you know that there’s a tiny house shell on wheels right now for sale on eBay for just $7,000 (UPDATE: Sold, post taken down).
It’s built right onto a 16′ travel trailer with dual axles and is 8′ wide built with 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 construction.
Inside there are two lofts which give you extra space for sleeping, storage, or both.
And as you can see in the photos below it was built with a slanted roof design for maximum interior space.

The exterior is about 95% finished because you still need to add windows, finish painting, and complete the finishing touches.
Outside there’s built in storage for propane tanks, tools, and more right above the hitch of the trailer.
The roof is covered in galvanized corrugated steel. This tiny structure on a trailer can be easily converted into a portable cabin, guest house, hunting cabin, vacation rental, and more.
No permits are required to tow it as it was built street legal for the road. Located in Colorado.
And… if you’d like to help us spread the word you can do so using the Facebook, Twitter or Email share buttons below.
Besides that- please leave your best thoughts on this micro cabin shell in the comments below. Thank you!
Alex

Hi Alex. This is actually our tiny house you are showcasing. Thanks for the positive promotion. We had a couple thoughts when deciding on this design. One idea was to use a lot of windows along the high side. The other idea was to build an identical second tiny house, but mirrored, so we could place the two units together. Unable to finish for medical reasons but hope someone will see the potential and run with it.
Hi Alex, This is actually our tiny house. Thank you for your positive comments and promotion. We have relisted it, so still available. We had a couple of ideas for it when we started the build. The first one was running lots of windows along the high side of the house. The second idea was to build an additional tiny house, identical but mirrored, so the two could be put together, creating a peaked room. Due to health issues, we can’t finish it. Hope someone is out there able to visualize what it could be for them.
