Sara and Keenan’s $70K Tiny House on Wheels in Tennessee

This post contains affiliate links.

Sara and Keenan were looking to move in together when they stumbled on a used tiny house for sale on Facebook Marketplace and decided to take the plunge and buy it. They’ve taken the space and made it their own, complete with a special office area and a cozy, magical loft bedroom.

They live in Tennessee on family land and have full electrical and plumbing hook-ups. A big deck provides a spot to enjoy their property and Sara planted a big half-moon garden bed filled with flowers that bloom in the spring.

From what I see about what this young couple has created for themselves and their dog — looks just perfect. It’s great that they have the land to live on and also so nice that they are both sentimental and have kept objects that mean much to them. Very nice indeed!!

What a wonderful story, and what a lovely home. I love that you hold on to your family history and roots, and that you accommodate your sentimental natures. The house is decorated beautifully, and the setting is perfect. Thanks for sharing this with us.
