The model page still prints: “A lightweight, go-anywhere tiny home designed for simplicity, mobility, and smart living — perfect as a personal retreat, compact ADU, or stylish studio-on-wheels.” Same page: “Lightweight and easy to tow…”
Size on that page is not one envelope. It still prints 20’ × 8.5’ or 24’ × 8.5’ (upgrade to 10’). Width on the FAQs is the industry standard at 8.5’, plus 10’ and 12’ wide.
Build options on the same model page: “All homes can be built as THOWs or on skids for foundations. We also offer removable jacks, axels & hitches, if needed.” Operator spelling is axels. Both THOW and skids print; this charcoal still is the house on a trailer.
A second official still is tan board-and-batten, a chevron wood panel around a sage-green glass door, dual-axle trailer, a small wood deck on the gravel. Same model page, different finish.
Open Living, Kitchen, Bath
Key features as printed: open living space; functional kitchen; full bathroom — shower, vanity, and flush toilet; one sleeping loft. Available upgrades named: skylights, built-in storage, tile shower, and more.
This living still is white shiplap, a wood plank ceiling, dark floor, a grey sofa under a black-framed window. The Nomad page shows more than one interior finish.

The bath is light wood walls, grey hex floor, a vanity, a white flush toilet under the window. Full bathroom — shower, vanity, and flush toilet — as the model page names it.
The Loft
Another Nomad still looks down from the loft: wood tongue-and-groove, a cable stair rail, kitchen below, glass in the entry door. A different finish than the white-shiplap living still — both are official Nomad photos on the model page.
