Cute, but stupidly expensive. 3 nights is over a thousand dollars? No thanks.

      Expensive but $278 x 3 nights is only $834, not over a thousand…

One can pay the same thing at a beach resort for just a small motel room without any of the ammenities of this place. This is a pretty realistic price for this type of get-a-way.

Are the trees actually holding the cabin up or is it on stilts with the trees blended into the sides of the house? Hard to tell from the photos but it looks like there are stilts underneath.

Looks like both, only one tree actually close enough to be supporting it, so they added supports for rest of structure, using tree logs as stilts, placed on rocks for footings, as well as additional bracing branching to interlock them and spread the load…

Oh, my gosh. This could have been designed by me. I LOVE the crooked window. I always wanted to build the crooked little house for my kids when they were little. This is just awesome. Great bath, workable kitchenette, cozy living room area, dream bed looking out on treetops. I love the decor…a couple owls in pretty garb, a jackapole (I think, anyway), just clever. So much fun. Love to live there.
