    The monthly fee is more than my check. And it seems anything But tiny to me. lol

      It’s a duplex, so it’s actually 2 homes, separated by just shared wall, and outdoor space isn’t counted to size of home. So, isn’t as large as it seems…

      Though, they do have some Manufactured/Modular homes that are a bit larger but they’re still only in the small home size range and many places would only consider them an ADU, for comparison, which means they’re all still less than half the size of the average size regular house at the largest.

      While, the average rental cost in Tampa, Florida is $1659 per month, at this time, for how it compares for living there… Cost of living, reasons for costs, average income, etc. all vary by location across the country. So, location and specific details always have to be considered for comparison otherwise it’s apples to oranges and can be very misleading…
