Personally I would have liked to see that sofa bed moved to touch the other wall. As is it is too close to the heating unit for safety. Will the occupant use the slide out drawer like a table or have portable table to eat with? They planned for a washer/dryer unit which is good for most folks. Looks to have plenty of space in loft area and safe stair access. I can see the builder made the bath for both genders, shower for him and soak tub for her. (:>))

Oh, that’s just one of those fake wood stove electric space heaters… It just vents warm air out the bottom front end… That and radiant heaters are pretty safe…

Like the loft area, nice to see one shut off for privacy. Have often wondered how one half of a couple can retreat to read in private, get changed or whatever when the sleeping area is open to the whole house. At the very least I’d need a curtain but this one is much better. Cuts down on noise if one wants to watch a film/work while the other needs an early night for work/migraine etc.. Also closed in staircase appeals, could put a door at base for total privacy but otherwise have seen better layouts.

This is an older post so I imagine it has been sold. I really like this little home for numerous reasons. They have a lot of nice little original touches throughout it and it seems really cozy.
