I have been watching the tiny house movement now for several years (after I moved into my tiny cabin in the woods). It has occurred to me that tiny house builders could learn a great deal from van dwellers! Van dwellers have learned how to make the absolute most out of their tiny space, many having full house features. Biggest difference is that they have to stop somewhere to get rid of waste and fill up water tanks. But their use of space is phenomenal. And as I said, most of us could learn a tremendous amount from them in the use of space! After van life, a tiny house would seem huge — with a lot of wasted space!
A price of $46,900 would make this a good deal.
