Age is a problem, personal inspection would be necessary and is moving even possible? Sheds purchased aren’t made to last more than 15 or so yrs – was this custom made?
Dang, I wish this was in Missouri. I would buy it in a heartbeat. I cant find anything already finished around here for less than $40,000.

Hey Alex, we get the feeling this is a scam due to the unusually low price, the fact that the seller cannot speak on the phone due to throat surgery and trys to setup a private eBay listing to do the transaction. And once we said it sounded like a scam, all contact ceased immediately.

I wish I either lived closer or the tiny was closer to me. I live in Missouri. Everything around here is $40,000 and up. And I can’t afford that. But I would grab this in a heartbeat.
