This is a barn-style, shed-based tiny house that’s listed for sale for $2,800 out of Santa Rosa, California. Update: At this low price, please do your due diligence, because this could be a scam, as we have been informed by one of our readers in the comments. Please do not send any funds without proper due diligence.
The cabin is 12-ft. by 32-ft., built in 2001, and has approximately 384-sq.-ft. of space. It has vinyl flooring and carpet throughout. There’s a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an 8-ft. by 12-ft. bedroom with a closet. May not be in the absolute freshest cabin, but this could be a good starting point for a rehab on this almost 20-year-old structure. That being said, it doesn’t seem very far from move-in ready, but what do you think?

Age is a problem, personal inspection would be necessary and is moving even possible? Sheds purchased aren’t made to last more than 15 or so yrs – was this custom made?
Dang, I wish this was in Missouri. I would buy it in a heartbeat. I cant find anything already finished around here for less than $40,000.
Yikes!! How much would it cost to transport it? Might be worth looking into?
I’d have that so fast if it were in Canada!
Why are you allowing a scam to be posted here?
Hi Taylor, how do you know this is a scam?
Hey Alex, we get the feeling this is a scam due to the unusually low price, the fact that the seller cannot speak on the phone due to throat surgery and trys to setup a private eBay listing to do the transaction. And once we said it sounded like a scam, all contact ceased immediately.
Thank you and our apologies. I updated the listing to warn everyone at the top.
I wish I either lived closer or the tiny was closer to me. I live in Missouri. Everything around here is $40,000 and up. And I can’t afford that. But I would grab this in a heartbeat.
