Some foundation! (Lack of). some kids could tip this off its blocks like a sleeping cow
No, look closer, the masonry units are only supporting the deck… But the house is on pillars/posts that go into the ground…
Don’t think I’d want it. If you look in the bedroom at the leg on the bed, it has one of those plastic leg covers people put on to prevent creepy crawlies (usually roaches) from climbing up the bed lags to join you. If that’s the case, the place would require a complete fumigation- probably two- to be livable.
Or they could be for more under bed storage maybe! Your explanation is just silly as wouldn’t work.
Bed also appears to use the wardrobe as a headboard implying a shortage of space in the room, would hate having to move the bed every time I wanted to get clothes out to wear. Saw the plastic thingy and thought it was one of those intended to raise the height of furniture for those who need higher pieces due to mobility problems. Good layout though and could easily be replicated. Identical to the design I have already drawn up for my own, when I can afford it.
Just a word of advice (unsolicited, I know, so take it or leave it): when selling a property, “staging” is everything. If I were you, I’d take down this listing, go into that property, remove all of the clutter so that everything looks streamlined and sleek, and clean, clean, clean!
Decent bathroom, but otherwise, what a cluttered mess!
Yea, the clutter is very distracting. It is so dark too.
The price is right and if you cannot afford more make yourself comfortable.
