The Contact & FAQ page, as of mid-2025, prints lot lease fees from $565 to $795 per month. That lot fee includes water, taxes, sewer, landscaping, trash pickup, and use of boat and fishing docks; electricity is the resident’s responsibility. Furnished long-term (6 to 12 months) on the FAQ runs $1,500 to $2,200 monthly, including Electricity, Gas, Water, Ultra-fast WiFi, TV, Dishes & Cookware, Maintenance, and community amenities, plus a $1,000 refundable deposit and the first month’s rent.

They do rent lots for tiny houses. There is a waiting list and certain construction criteria required for approval. Waitlist time is printed as roughly 12 months, with a $200 non-refundable fee plus a background check.
