45 Ft. Steel Converted Dry Box Container. Road worthy and ready for delivery.

Three compartments: 3 ft. cedar entrance with 6 ft. screened slider door, and electrical service panel; 23 ft. of separate additional living space; a 16 ft. shop/storage space in rear. All floors oil painted brown.

Electrical service – 100 amps service with 6 circuits: 3 separate plug-in circuits with 17 double and 2 single plugs; light circuit: 4 interior lights, 5 exterior lights; RV hook up; and one open circuit. All state approved and stickered.

Living space – 23 ft. x 7 ft. has 2 x 4 frame interior construction with 1” insolated walls and 3” ceiling insolation. Walls are 2 x 4 framed, 1” mold resistant insolation and finished with wood grained wallboard. End walls are 2 x 4 construction,1” insolation and finished with solid Pine tongue and grove wood on interior and solid cedar tongue and grove on 3 ft. entrance wall and shop wall interior. Ceiling in Living space is solid tongue and grove Pine with 3” insolation.
Living space has 9 double plugs, 5 ft. long screened window, and 3 -12” x 12” side fixed window panels, (one panel could incorporate a chimney for the wood stove lover).

Shop/Storage area– 16 ft. x 7ft. with 2 x 4 interior framing and 1” insolated walls, exposed tie down loops, 7 double wall electrical plugs and 2 single ceiling plugs with wall switch, an exterior man door, interior man door, a 6ft. role up side door and 24 x 24” slider window.

This would be cool to airlift to a spot up in the mountains that could be ran on solar, and generator. Hike to it after that.
