This 24-foot #tinyhome features iron ore siding with charred cypress accent siding and galvanized aluminum roofing outside, and rough sawn clear cedar ceilings, white wood walls, closet stairs, custom matte black counter tops, subway tile backsplash and engineered black finish hardwood flooring inside.
This model also opted for a solar package, a grizzly wood fire stove, skylights in the loft, a fully tiled shower and a composting toilet.
We love how clients design their tiny homes according to their specific styles and needs.

Is it over the wheels or between the wheels and what was the cost of the trailer?
That’s visible in the first photo…
Generally, anything that pushes the road legal dimensions and tries to maximize the interior space without exceeding those road legal dimensions will be over the wheel wells, with them protruding up into the living space.
Mind, nothing can extend beyond the road legal dimensions. So everything has to fit within those limits, including the wheels. While wheel wells protruding into the interior space is a direct result of maximizing the interior height by using drop axles to lower the floor, which can also be integrated into the trailer chassis to further increase interior height and gain about a foot over a over wheel well flatbed chassis design. So lofts can be a more roomy up to 52″ of headroom… All so everything still fits in the maximum road legal height of 13′ 6″ from the ground…
So you’ll mainly only see over bed designs in single level THOWs that don’t try or need to maximize height for the loft or in low budget builds that primarily limit lofts to storage use.
Though, some states you can go higher if you never leave the state, most western half of the nation states the limit is 14′, 2 states it’s 14′ 6″, and in Alaska it’s up to 15’… While, if you don’t need to move it far from where it’s built you can go even higher on up to actually having a second floor instead of a loft. Though, another option is a slide up design where the upper level rises when parked but that’s prohibitively expensive to do…

LOVING the entry door into the kitchen from under the stairs and next to the bathroom SAVING FLOOR SPACE for the seated area on the far end!!! And FINALLY seeing the fridge LIFTED for under storage, less stooping to get some food to fix!! Only changes would be a lighter exterior paint color (the summer sun will bake out the resident) and stackable w/d instead of the all in one. 4 hours to do one small load makes no sense. Now I need a shack made for my clothes, photo albums, beanie babies etc., handbags and shoes lol. I know, got some living in the past issues 🙂
My laptop is 11 years old. Just wondering what was the cost for building this beauty and where was it constructed and blue prints? My laptop can’t open any links.
They’re custom, so costs will vary per build and they haven’t posted the price for this version but this model series starts at $85,900 and 22′ length…

Off Topic: If you save all your data onto USB or HD then you can wipe your computer clean and reinstall the software, but remember to save the licence number etc. I’d suggest getting some help from someone if you are at all hesitant. Your laptop, while not being new should last you another 2 or 3 years at least.
This is a great tiny home. It would be great as a primary or vacation home. The extra width makes a huge difference. I never thought about width differences in different states…..

Not as shown, being custom it’s however the owner wants it but that may be just how it’s delivered and the owner may add stuff later… Other versions of this model have a range/oven instead of a cooktop, for an example of how each one can be different…
2. What exactly is “iron ore siding”?
Name of the color, it’s a popular dark neutral color with satin finish.
